Common Issues & Solutions
Q1: Why are my form submissions not syncing to Google Sheets?
Ans: This usually happens due to an incomplete Google API setup or an expired Google account authorization. Make sure the Google Sheets API and Google Drive API are enabled, reconnect your Google account if required, save the form settings again, and submit the form once to test the connection.
Q2: Why are Elementor form submissions not saving as WordPress posts?
Ans: This can happen when the selected post type does not exist or the post status is set to Draft or Pending. Verify that the correct post type is selected, check the post status in the WordPress dashboard, save the form settings again, and resubmit the form.
Q3: Does FormsDB affect website performance or speed?
