Layout 1: Vertical timeline layout with both sided timeline desgin.
Layout 2: Vertical timeline layout with one sided timeline design and right sided alignment.
In Cool Timeline Block two layouts are avialable. Vertical and Horizontal.
1.) Change Timeline layout from Timeline Settings >> Timeline Layout
2.) Choose vertical layout design from Timeline Settings >> Timeline Design
3.) Choose One sided timeline alignment from Timeline Settings >> Alignment
